  • To be eligible to join our pregnancy or post-natal clinical pilates you must first have an initial assessment. At the initial assessment we will ask about your goals, any concerns you may have at the moment, aches or pains.

    This consult will ensure that you are eligible to join the classes, what modifications should be made and introduce to the movements ensuring your technique and breathing mechanics are optimal

    The initial consult will allow us to tailor you with a home program to ensure your progress still continues outside of the classes.
