This program is designed to support your post-partum recovery through Pilates-based movement. Our expert-led classes will help you restore core strength, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being after birth.

Yes! We offer baby-friendly classes, so you’re welcome to bring your little one along. We create a relaxed environment where you can focus on movement while keeping your baby close.

No! This program is suitable for all fitness levels—whether you're new to Pilates or have practiced before, we tailor exercises to your needs.

The program runs for 8 weeks, with one or two classes per week. A commitment is required to ensure you get the best results.
